Job Summary We are seeking a Founding Growth Lead – Job Marketplace to join our team. Sales & Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads and converting them into customers through effective sales and marketing strategies. Candidate Acquisition: Understanding of candidate acquisition strategies within the Recruitment/Staffing Industry . Recruiter Acquisition: Ability to acquire and engage recruiters to populate the job marketplace. Go-to-Market (GTM): Experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new products and features. B2B & B2C Growth: Experience in driving growth across both B2B and B2C channels. Field Sales / Inside Sales: Familiarity with Field Sales and Inside Sales methodologies. Partnership Development: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. Referral & Viral Growth: Experience in leveraging referral and viral growth strategies to expand reach. Product-Led Growth: Understanding of Product-Led Growth principles and how to apply them to drive user acquisition and retention. Activation & Retention: Expertise in optimizing user activation and retention rates. Growth Analytics: Proficiency in using Growth Analytics tools to track and measure growth performance. Funnel Optimization: Ability to analyze and optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates. Cold Start Problem: Experience in addressing the Cold Start Problem in marketplace businesses. Two-Sided Marketplace: Deep understanding of Two-Sided Marketplace dynamics and how to drive growth in such environments. Network Effects: Ability to leverage Network Effects to accelerate growth. Community-Led Growth: Experience in driving growth through Community-Led Growth strategies. Campus/College Outreach: Ability to develop and execute Campus/College Outreach programs. Startup Growth: Proven experience in driving Startup Growth . Early-Stage Startup Experience: Early-Stage Startup Experience is highly desirable.
