Job Summary
We are seeking two Software Engineer – Backend professionals to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position within the IT / Technology industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in backend development principles and a passion for building scalable and robust systems.

While specific responsibilities will evolve with project needs, the Software Engineer – Backend will be expected to contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Python: Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
- Django: Experience building web applications using the Django framework, including understanding of its core concepts and best practices.
- Django REST Framework: Ability to design and implement REST APIs using Django REST Framework, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- PostgreSQL: Strong understanding of relational database principles and experience working with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.
- REST APIs: Comprehensive knowledge of REST APIs, including design principles, implementation techniques, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable APIs.
- Git: Proficiency in using Git for version control, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts.
- Docker: Experience containerizing applications using Docker, including creating Dockerfiles and managing Docker images.
- Kubernetes: Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including deploying and managing applications in a Kubernetes cluster.
- AI/ML APIs: Understanding of AI/ML APIs and experience integrating them into backend systems.
- Software Development Principles: Solid understanding of fundamental Software Development Principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and code maintainability.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field is required.
Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of experience in backend software development. This level of experience indicates a candidate who is capable of working independently and contributing meaningfully to a team, while still having opportunities for growth and learning.
