The successful candidate will contribute to the development and refinement of suspension systems, ensuring optimal performance, durability, and manufacturability. Key Responsibilities The Senior Engineer – Suspension Structure will be responsible for a range of tasks related to the design, analysis, and validation of suspension systems. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting thorough Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve issues, leading Tech Review meetings to ensure design integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the Assembly Process . The role also involves contributing to the Product Development Process from concept to production. Required Skills & Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering. A minimum of 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in the automotive or related industry is required.
