Job Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, specifically in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a related engineering role is expected. This level of experience indicates a seasoned professional capable of independent work and mentorship.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions to support engineering decisions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical information clearly.
- Software Proficiency:Catia: Expertise in utilizing Catia for 3D modeling and design.
- Ug-Nx: Proficiency in Ug-Nx for engineering design and analysis.
- Team Center: Experience with Team Center for Product Data Management.
- PLM: Familiarity with PLM systems for managing product lifecycle information.
- Engineering Methodologies:DFMEA: Knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) principles.
- DVP&R: Understanding of Design Verification and Planning (DVP&R) processes.
- Control Plan: Experience in developing and implementing Control Plans.
- PFMEA: Familiarity with Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).
- PPAP: Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements.
- DFSS: Understanding of Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
- Vehicle Dynamics & Component Expertise:Fatigue: Knowledge of Fatigue analysis and design considerations.
- NVH: Understanding of Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH) principles.
- Vehicle Dynamics: Strong understanding of Vehicle Dynamics principles.
- Spring and Damper Design: Experience in Spring and Damper Design.
- Jounce Bumper: Knowledge of Jounce Bumper design and function.
- Bushing Stiffness Calculation: Ability to perform Bushing Stiffness Calculation.
- Suspension Alignment: Understanding of Suspension Alignment principles.
- Product Development & Management:Assembly Process: Knowledge of Assembly Process optimization.
- Module Development: Experience in Module Development.
- Product Development Process: Familiarity with the Product Development Process.
- Supplier Evaluation: Experience in Supplier Evaluation.
- Tech Review: Ability to conduct and participate in Tech Review meetings.
- Root Cause Analysis: Proficiency in performing Root Cause Analysis.
- Shainin: Knowledge of Shainin methodologies.
