This role will focus on the design and development of closure systems for automotive applications. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to: Performing concept design and feasibility studies for closure systems. Developing and designing closure components such as hoods , fenders , liftgates , tailgates , and side doors . Creating detailed designs and specifications for hardware and sealing systems . Working with door modules and manual tops . Managing and executing mechanism product design . Overseeing modules development and ensuring CFT convergence . Addressing closure product problem solving . Ensuring compliance with homologation and regulation compliance requirements. Team Centre & PLM: Experience with Team Centre and PLM systems for product data management. OEM Experience: Prior experience working with OEM s in the automotive industry.
