We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Simulation professional to join our team in Pune. This role will focus on leveraging simulation tools and techniques to optimize automotive manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and a proven ability to apply simulation methodologies to solve complex engineering challenges.
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform and interpret Process Simulation to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality. This includes developing and executing simulation models, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for process improvements. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of simulation-driven solutions.
Experience Required: We are seeking candidates with 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in process simulation or a related field. This level of experience indicates a solid foundation in simulation methodologies and the ability to work independently on complex projects. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is expected.
