Job Summary We are seeking a Virtual Analysis Engineer Durability to join our team. This role will focus on durability analysis and simulation within the automotive/technology industry. The position requires onsite work. Key Responsibilities This role will involve a range of responsibilities related to virtual analysis and durability assessments. Specific duties will be determined based on the evolving needs of the team and projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Product Understanding: Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret product designs and specifications, translating them into effective analysis strategies. Linear Simulations: Proficiency in performing linear simulations to assess structural behavior under various loading conditions. Non Linear Simulations: Experience conducting non-linear simulations to account for material non-linearity and complex loading scenarios. Static Simulations: Ability to perform static simulations to determine stress distributions and structural integrity. Dynamic Simulations: Capability to conduct dynamic simulations to analyze time-dependent behavior and response to transient loads. Fatigue Software: Familiarity with fatigue analysis software for predicting component lifespan and durability. Root Cause Studies: Experience in conducting root cause studies to identify failure mechanisms and implement corrective actions. CAE Simulations: Comprehensive understanding of Computer-Aided Engineering ( CAE ) simulation methodologies. Virtual Scorecard Assessment: Ability to perform Virtual Scorecard Assessments to evaluate product performance against target criteria. Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing industry-standard CAE software, including Ansa , Nastran , Abaqus , and HyperView . Education: A B.E , B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering), M.E , or M.Tech degree is required. Experience Required We are seeking candidates with 1 - 4 years of relevant experience. This level of experience indicates a foundational understanding of analysis principles and the ability to contribute effectively to a team environment.
