Key Responsibilities The Tebis NC Programming Engineer will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of numerical control programs using Tebis . This includes interpreting engineering drawings, understanding manufacturing processes, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the generated programs. Required Skills & Qualifications Tebis Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Tebis software for the creation, modification, and optimization of numerical control programs. This includes a thorough understanding of the software's capabilities and its application to various machining operations. NC Programming Fundamentals: A solid understanding of numerical control programming principles, including toolpath generation, post-processing, and machine kinematics. Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to determine the required machining operations and program parameters. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve programming errors and optimize machining processes. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure the successful execution of machining operations. Experience Required: The ideal candidate will possess 5 - 10 years of experience in numerical control programming, with a focus on Tebis . This level of experience indicates a high degree of proficiency and the ability to handle complex programming challenges with minimal supervision.
