Software Engineer (4) - Premium Senior Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This is a Premium Senior Engineer role within the IT / Technology industry. The position is open for 1 opening. Key Responsibilities This role will involve a deep understanding of SAP S4 HANA processes and the ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex scenarios. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders and effectively conveying technical information. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience: 7 - 10 years of experience are expected, demonstrating a senior level of proficiency in software engineering. Technical Skills: API: Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and integrate APIs for seamless data exchange. SAP S4 HANA & SAP S4 HANAS: Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA and SAP S4 HANAS , including configuration and customization. Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Comprehensive knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay process, from requisition to payment. Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order: Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders . RFQ & Quotation: Experience in managing RFQs (Request for Quotation) and evaluating Quotations . Source Determination: Ability to effectively determine the optimal source for procurement needs. Purchase Contracts & Scheduling Agreements: Experience in establishing and maintaining Purchase Contracts and Scheduling Agreements . Release Strategy & Flexible Workflow: Understanding and implementation of Release Strategy and Flexible Workflow within SAP S4 HANA . Goods Receipt & Invoice Verification: Proficiency in processing Goods Receipt and performing Invoice Verification . Stock Transport Orders (STO): Experience with Stock Transport Orders for efficient material movement. Subcontracting, Consignment, & Service Procurement: Knowledge of various procurement types including Subcontracting , Consignment , and Service Procurement . Physical Inventory: Experience with Physical Inventory processes and reconciliation. Account Determination & Valuation: Understanding of Account Determination and Valuation principles within SAP S4 HANA . Document Types & Number Ranges: Proficiency in managing Document Types and Number Ranges . Pricing Conditions: Knowledge of Pricing Conditions and their impact on procurement. Inventory Management: Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles and practices. Material Movements: Experience in processing and tracking Material Movements . SAP S4 MM: Deep understanding of SAP S4 MM (Materials Management) module. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems effectively.
