Key Responsibilities The Process Engineer will be responsible for a range of tasks including: Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Creating and maintaining accurate system layouts and documentation. Conducting cycle time analysis to optimize production flow. Interpreting and utilizing product drawings and manufacturing specifications. Evaluating and recommending equipment selections to meet production needs. Performing validation studies and ergonomic evaluations to ensure safe and efficient operations. Assessing the impact of process changes and implementing necessary adjustments. Analyzing throughput and identifying opportunities to increase production capacity. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Required Software Skills: NX, Teamcenter, Teamcenter VisMockup, MS Office, and Advanced Excel Experience Required: 2 - 5 years of experience in a related field. This role will focus on utilizing simulation tools to optimize robotic processes and ensure efficient production workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of robotic principles and experience with industry-leading simulation software. Key Responsibilities This role will be responsible for the simulation and analysis of robotic systems, contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes. Specific responsibilities include developing and executing simulation scenarios, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications Robotics : A comprehensive understanding of robotic principles, including kinematics, dynamics, and control systems. Process Simulation : Proficiency in utilizing simulation techniques to model and analyze manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 3D Cell Construction & Path Planning : Expertise in designing and constructing virtual manufacturing cells within simulation environments, and developing efficient robotic paths to maximize throughput and minimize cycle times. Siemens Process Simulate : Demonstrated experience using C iemens Process Simulate for robotic simulation, including model creation, scenario development, and results analysis. Durr 3D Onsite : Familiarity with Durr 3D Onsite for virtual commissioning and simulation of robotic painting and assembly processes. Fanuc Paint Pro : Experience with Fanuc Paint Pro for simulating and optimizing robotic painting applications. Experience Required : 2 - 8 years of experience in robotic simulation or a related field. This level of experience indicates a proficiency in applying simulation techniques to solve real-world manufacturing challenges and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
