•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Functional Manager (VFM) to join our team in Chennai. Required Skills & Qualifications Vehicle Functional Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate functional activities related to vehicle development, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of vehicle systems and their interdependencies. Experience Required: 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. This level of experience indicates a senior-level role requiring a proven track record of success in vehicle functional management and a deep understanding of automotive development processes.
