•full time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for facilitating and guiding Agile/ Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile Engineering Practices and a passion for fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. This includes facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and coaching the team on Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on team progress and identifying areas for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) : A comprehensive understanding of the SDLC and its various phases, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. Engineering Workflows : Proficiency in optimizing Engineering Workflows to maximize team efficiency and productivity. Scrum Master : Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master , guiding teams through Scrum processes and facilitating effective collaboration. Firmware : Familiarity with Firmware development processes and challenges within an Agile framework. Web Application Technologies : Understanding of Web Application Technologies and their role in the software development lifecycle. Mobile Application Technologies : Knowledge of Mobile Application Technologies and their integration within Agile development. Desktop Application Technologies : Experience with Desktop Application Technologies and their application in Agile projects. Angular : Proficiency in Angular , a popular framework for building dynamic Web Application Technologies . C# : Strong understanding of C# , a versatile programming language for developing various applications. .NET : Experience with the .NET framework, a powerful platform for building robust and scalable applications. WPF : Familiarity with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) for creating visually appealing and interactive Desktop Application Technologies . Agile Engineering Practices : Deep understanding and practical application of Agile Engineering Practices to enhance software quality and delivery speed. DevOps Tools : Experience with DevOps Tools to streamline the software development and deployment process. CI/CD : Knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) principles and practices to automate the build, test, and deployment pipelines. Jira : Proficiency in using Jira for project management, issue tracking, and Agile workflow management. Azure Boards : Experience with Azure Boards for managing work items, tracking progress, and collaborating within Agile teams. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills to effectively convey information and facilitate collaboration. English : Fluency in English for clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders. Technical Task Breakdowns : Ability to decompose complex Technical Task Breakdowns into manageable and actionable items. Estimations : Skill in providing accurate Estimations for tasks and projects, considering various factors and potential risks. Dependencies : Ability to identify and manage Dependencies between tasks and teams, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration. Risks : Proactive identification and mitigation of Risks that could impact project timelines or quality. Metrics : Ability to track and analyze Metrics to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement. Velocity : Understanding of Velocity as a key Metric for predicting team capacity and sprint planning. Burndown : Proficiency in using Burndown charts to track progress and identify potential roadblocks. Flow Efficiency : Ability to analyze and improve Flow Efficiency within the development process. Scrum Artifacts : Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum Artifacts , including the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog . Product Backlog : Experience in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog to align with business objectives. Sprint Backlog : Ability to facilitate the creation and maintenance of the Sprint Backlog , ensuring clarity and focus for the team. Agile : A deep understanding and commitment to Agile principles and values. Embedded Systems : Familiarity with Embedded Systems development and integration within an Agile framework.
