•full time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team in Pune. This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality production within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing principles and a proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Key Responsibilities The Process Engineer will be responsible for a range of tasks including: Analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Creating and maintaining accurate system layouts and documentation. Conducting cycle time analysis to optimize production flow. Interpreting and utilizing product drawings and manufacturing specifications. Evaluating and recommending equipment selections to meet production needs. Performing validation studies and ergonomic evaluations to ensure safe and efficient operations. Assessing the impact of process changes and implementing necessary adjustments. Analyzing throughput and identifying opportunities to increase production capacity. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Required Software Skills: NX, Teamcenter, Teamcenter VisMockup, MS Office, and Advanced Excel Experience Required: 2 - 5 years of experience in a related field.
