Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and driving PLM programs, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Project Management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities The PLM Program Manager will be responsible for the following: Managing the entire lifecycle of PLM programs, from initiation to successful completion. Providing PLM Transition Support to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. Facilitating Change Management initiatives related to PLM implementations. Developing and maintaining PLM Dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Creating and delivering Training materials and sessions to support PLM adoption. Required Skills & Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications: Project Management : Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, define scope, develop timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Enovia : Proficiency in using Enovia for PLM data management and collaboration. Requirements Maturity : A deep understanding of requirements management principles and the ability to assess and improve requirements maturity. Risk Mitigation : Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with PLM programs. Requirements Elicitation : Expertise in gathering and documenting requirements from diverse stakeholders. Testing : Experience in developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of PLM systems. Demo : Ability to create and deliver compelling demonstrations of PLM capabilities. Engineering Release Process : A thorough understanding of engineering release processes and how they integrate with PLM . Cross Functional Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Data Processing : Experience in processing and analyzing data to support PLM decision-making. Benchmarking : Ability to conduct benchmarking studies to identify best practices in PLM implementation. ProPM : Familiarity with ProPM methodologies for project management. Task Management : Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage tasks and priorities. Systematic Reporting : Ability to generate clear and concise reports to communicate program status and key metrics. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Stakeholder Management : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Customer Expectations Management : Ability to understand and manage customer expectations related to PLM programs. Experience Required: 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in PLM program management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LABCAR HIL testing system and ECUTEST , with a solid understanding of domain knowledge of automotive systems and HIL test methodologies . Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for Software release testing processes , ECU-TEST test package creation , Testing & Analysis , identifying requirement gaps, investigating test failures, and bug triaging . The candidate will also be expected to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams through Written communication , Visual communication , and Verbal communication .
