•Full-time Artificial Intelligence Senior Associate Job Summary We are seeking two Artificial Intelligence Senior Associates to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong foundation in AI/ML and a passion for building innovative solutions within the Technology industry. Key Responsibilities The Artificial Intelligence Senior Associate will be responsible for contributing to the full lifecycle of AI/ML models, from design and development to deployment and monitoring. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build and test models, and ensure their ongoing performance and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications AI/ML : A strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques. This includes experience in model selection, training, and evaluation. GCP : Proficiency in utilizing Google Cloud Platform ( GCP ) services for machine learning, including but not limited to GCP AI Platform, Vertex AI, and related tools. GenAI : Experience with Generative AI models and techniques, including understanding of their capabilities and limitations. AI Agents : Familiarity with the principles and implementation of AI Agents , including their design, development, and integration into larger systems. MLOps : Solid understanding of MLOps principles and practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing for machine learning models. Governance : Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices, ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI/ML models. RESTful APIs : Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs for integrating AI/ML models into applications and services. Microservices : Understanding of microservices architecture and experience building and deploying AI/ML models as microservices . Data Pipelines : Ability to design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and preparing data for AI/ML models. Model Monitoring : Experience in implementing and maintaining model monitoring systems to track performance, detect anomalies, and ensure model reliability. Performance , Drift , Reliability : A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the performance , minimizing drift , and maximizing the reliability of AI/ML models. Serverless : Experience with serverless computing platforms and their application to AI/ML model deployment. Containerized : Proficiency in containerized deployment using technologies like Docker and Kubernetes . Agile : Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement. Product Management : Ability to collaborate effectively with product management teams to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Reasoning : Strong analytical and reasoning skills to effectively analyze data and solve complex problems. Tool-use : Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. APIs : Experience working with various types of APIs . Qualifications : A Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience Required : 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
