•Full-time Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a WM Lead to join our team. This is a hybrid role within the Retail industry. Key Responsibilities This role will be responsible for leading warehouse management processes and ensuring efficient operations. Required Skills & Qualifications SAP MM : Demonstrated proficiency in SAP Materials Management , including core functionalities and best practices. SAP EWM : Extensive experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management , encompassing configuration, implementation, and ongoing support. Business Process : Strong understanding of business processes related to warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management. Merchandise Hierarchy & Article Hierarchy : Ability to manage and maintain the structure of merchandise and articles within the SAP system. Article Master & Article Categories : Expertise in managing article master data and categorizing articles effectively. Site Master : Knowledge of site master data management and its impact on warehouse operations. Assortment & Layout Management : Ability to manage assortment and layout configurations within the warehouse environment. Pricing & Valuation : Understanding of pricing and valuation principles within the context of warehouse operations. SAP WM Functional Configuration : Ability to configure SAP Warehouse Management functionalities to meet specific business requirements. Warehouse Organization Structure : Ability to design and maintain the warehouse organization structure within SAP . Placement Strategies & Picking Strategies : Knowledge of placement and picking strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency. Inventory Counting & Warehouse Processes : Experience with inventory counting procedures and overall warehouse process management. Batch Management & Serial Number Management : Ability to manage batch and serial number data within the warehouse environment. Transportation Route Setup : Ability to configure and manage transportation routes within the SAP system. Reporting & Queries : Ability to generate reports and run queries to analyze warehouse data and identify areas for improvement. Lean Warehouse Management & Full Warehouse Management & Extended Warehouse Management : Knowledge of lean principles and experience with full and extended warehouse management functionalities. 3PL Warehouse Integration : Experience integrating with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse providers. Procurement , Internal Procurement : Understanding of procurement processes, including internal procurement. Inventory Management : Strong inventory management skills and experience. Goods Receipt , Issue Handling , Goods Issue , Outbound Process : Proficiency in managing goods receipt, issue handling, goods issue, and outbound processes. Physical Inventory & Cross Docking : Experience with physical inventory counts and cross-docking operations. Handling Unit Management & Merchandise Distribution : Ability to manage handling units and merchandise distribution effectively. Replenishment Planning : Ability to plan and manage replenishment activities. P2P Processes : Understanding of procure-to-pay ( P2P ) processes. RF Barcode Scanner Solution Design : Ability to design RF (Radio Frequency) barcode scanner solutions. RF Scanners & Label Printer : Experience working with RF scanners and label printers. SAP Best Practice : Knowledge of SAP best practices for warehouse management. Fit Gap Analysis : Ability to perform fit-gap analysis to identify discrepancies between SAP functionalities and business requirements. RICEF , User Exit , Interface : Experience with RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms), user exits, and interfaces within SAP . EDI Interfaces & Third Party Systems : Experience integrating with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) interfaces and third-party systems. Principal , Solution Automation : Ability to automate warehouse management solutions. IDOC Monitoring : Ability to monitor IDOC (Intermediate Document) transactions. Troubleshooting , Debugging Skills : Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Consulting Skills : Ability to provide consulting services related to warehouse management. Business Users & Stakeholders : Ability to effectively communicate with business users and stakeholders. Labeling Requirement : Understanding of labeling requirements. Multilanguage Environment : Experience working in a multilingual environment. Customs Process & Taxation : Knowledge of customs processes and taxation regulations. Micro Service & Middleware Integration : Experience with Micro Service architectures and middleware integration. Dell Boom : Familiarity with Dell Boom . Experience Required: 8 - 12 years of relevant experience.
