Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SF Content Creator to join our growing team. This is a full-time , remote position based in Bangalore within the IT / Technology industry. The role will focus on creating and maintaining high-quality content to support the adoption and effective use of SAP SuccessFactors . Key Responsibilities The SAP SF Content Creator will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a variety of learning and support materials. This includes developing engaging and informative content that caters to diverse learning styles and effectively communicates complex information related to SAP SuccessFactors . Required Skills & Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors : Demonstrated proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors , including a strong understanding of its functionalities and user workflows. HR Technology Platforms : Experience working with other HR technology platforms to understand the broader context of SAP SuccessFactors within the human resources technology landscape. Training Materials : Ability to develop comprehensive and engaging training materials that effectively convey information and facilitate learning. Learning Content : Expertise in creating various forms of learning content , including but not limited to, eLearning modules, interactive tutorials, and job aids. User Documentation : Skill in producing clear, concise, and accurate user documentation that guides users through the proper use of SAP SuccessFactors . Enablement Assets : Ability to create impactful enablement assets that support user adoption and proficiency. Enterprise Software Implementations : Understanding of enterprise software implementations and the role of content in supporting successful adoption. eLearning : Experience in designing and developing eLearning modules that are engaging, interactive, and effective. Content Authoring Tools : Proficiency in utilizing various content authoring tools such as Articulate , Captivate , SnagIt , and Camtasia to create high-quality learning materials. WalkMe & Enable Now : Familiarity with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe and Enable Now is a plus. MS Office : Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Technical Writing : Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language. Manuals & Publications : Experience in creating manuals and publications for technical audiences. Knowledge Management Content : Ability to develop and maintain knowledge management content that is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible. Instructional Design Methodologies : Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and their application to creating effective learning experiences. Adult Learning Principles : Knowledge of adult learning principles and how to apply them to create engaging and impactful learning content. Curriculum Development : Experience in curriculum development , including defining learning objectives, creating content outlines, and selecting appropriate instructional strategies. Blended Learning Delivery : Ability to design and deliver blended learning experiences that combine online and in-person components. Experience Required: The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven ability to create and maintain high-quality learning and support materials for enterprise software .
