Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAD Process Automation Engineer to join our team within the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in CAD Automation and a passion for leveraging scripting and programming to enhance engineering workflows. Key Responsibilities The CAD Process Automation Engineer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline our CAD processes. This includes analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and creating automated scripts and tools to increase efficiency and reduce errors. The role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with engineers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology degree is required. Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in a related field is expected, demonstrating a solid understanding of engineering principles and automation techniques. This level of experience indicates the ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to complex projects. CAD Automation: Demonstrated proficiency in CAD Automation principles and practices, with a focus on improving design and engineering workflows. 3Dxperience: Experience with 3Dxperience software and its application in engineering processes. VBA: Strong skills in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automating tasks within CAD and other applications. Python Scripting: Ability to utilize Python scripting to develop custom automation tools and solutions. Gsd: Familiarity with Gsd (Geometric Shape Data) and its role in data management and exchange. PLM: Understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and their integration with CAD processes. Tcl/Tk: Knowledge of Tcl/Tk scripting language for creating user interfaces and automating tasks.

This role will focus on developing and implementing automation solutions within our Siemens NX environment, enhancing design efficiency and ensuring design quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical design principles and a passion for leveraging automation to solve complex engineering challenges. Key Responsibilities The CAD Automation Engineer (NX Open) will be responsible for the following: Develop and maintain NX Open applications to automate repetitive tasks and improve design workflows. Create and implement KBE Concepts and Rule-Based Design solutions to standardize design processes and ensure consistency. Design and implement Design Templates to streamline the creation of new parts, assemblies, and drawings. Collaborate with design engineers to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored solutions. Troubleshoot and debug existing automation scripts and applications. Maintain version control of all automation code using Git . Document all automation solutions and provide training to end-users. Required Skills & Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Mechatronics or a related discipline. 2 - 4 years of experience in a CAD automation role, demonstrating a solid understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE principles. This level of experience indicates a proficiency in independently developing and implementing automation solutions, as well as collaborating effectively within a team. Proficiency in NX Open programming for automating tasks within Siemens NX . Strong programming skills in C#, Python, and VB.NET . Experience with NX Journaling for automating tasks within Siemens NX . Solid understanding of Mechanical Design Concepts , including GD&T and Drawing Standards . Familiarity with Data Structures and OOP Basics . Experience with Sketching , Part Modelling , Assemblies , and Drafting within Siemens NX . Knowledge of PLM systems, specifically Teamcenter . Experience with Excel VBA for automating tasks within Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Scripting techniques. Familiarity with Automotive Components , BIW , Interiors , and Plastics . Understanding of Tooling processes. Excellent Communication Skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled professional for the position of HIL Testing in the IT / Technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronics engineering and experience in Hardware-in-Loop testing. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role will include working with Hardware-in-Loop(HIL) Testing , Dspace Tool Chain , Controldesk , and Automation desk to develop and validate tools. The candidate will also be working with CAN communication protocol , CAN Interface tools , CANoe , and CANalyser to ensure effective communication and testing. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for UI creation , Tool development , and Tool validation using Python and VBA scripting . Required Skills & Qualifications The candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech/M.S degree in Electrical / Electronics. The required experience for this role is 3 - 6 years.
