•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Logistics Analyst to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials within our automotive operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain principles and a proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively. Shift Timing- 2 to 11pm Maximum Notice Period-45Days Key Responsibilities The Material Logistics Analyst will be responsible for a range of tasks related to material procurement and logistics, including: Supplier Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly. Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of material movement, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation and storage. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to optimize the supply chain and minimize disruptions. Required Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications: Engineering Graduates: A degree in engineering is required. Supply Chain Knowledge: A thorough understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Logistics Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient material flow. Supplier Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving issues effectively. Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools , including Excel , Word , and PowerPoint , for data analysis, reporting, and communication. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders. Teamwork: A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Experience Required: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in material logistics or supply chain management.
