Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

The Material Logistics Analyst will be responsible for a range of tasks related to material procurement and logistics, including:

• Supplier Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly.
• Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of material movement, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation and storage.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to optimize the supply chain and minimize disruptions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Engineering Graduates: A degree in engineering is required.
• Supply Chain Knowledge: A thorough understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Logistics Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient material flow.
• Supplier Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and resolving issues effectively.
• Microsoft Office Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information to stakeholders.
