CAE Modeler Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAE Modeler to join our team in Chennai. This role will focus on performing simulations and analyses to support product development and engineering efforts within the IT / Technology industry. Key Responsibilities The CAE Modeler will be responsible for creating and executing finite element analysis (FEA) models, interpreting results, and providing technical support to engineering teams. This includes ensuring the accuracy and reliability of simulations and contributing to the continuous improvement of our simulation processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Master of Engineering (M.E) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree is required. Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in performing CAE simulations is expected. This level of experience indicates a foundational understanding of CAE principles and the ability to independently execute simulations with guidance from senior team members. Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in the following CAE software: Hypermesh: Experience in pre-processing and mesh generation using Hypermesh . Safety meshing: Knowledge of Safety meshing techniques for robust and reliable simulations. Team Center: Familiarity with Team Center for data management and collaboration. LS Dyna: Experience in performing explicit dynamic simulations using LS Dyna . Productivity Suite: Proficiency in MS Office Excel and MS Office PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical Skills: Strong Analytical Skills to interpret simulation results, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
