•full time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Simulation professional to join our team in Pune. This role will focus on leveraging simulation tools and techniques to optimize automotive manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and a proven ability to apply simulation methodologies to solve complex engineering challenges. Key Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this role is to perform and interpret Process Simulation to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality. This includes developing and executing simulation models, analyzing results, and providing recommendations for process improvements. The role will also involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of simulation-driven solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Process Simulation: Demonstrated proficiency in performing Process Simulation to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes. This includes the ability to develop and validate simulation models, interpret results, and generate actionable insights. BIW Simulation: Experience with BIW Simulation is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of Body-in-White manufacturing processes and their simulation. Delmia: Strong working knowledge of Delmia , a leading Process Simulation software, including its capabilities for process planning, simulation, and optimization. Process Simulate: Expertise in using Process Simulate for simulating and analyzing manufacturing processes, including assembly, welding, and other production operations. Process Designer: Ability to utilize Process Designer tools to create and modify manufacturing process flows within simulation environments. Concepts: A solid understanding of manufacturing Concepts , including lean manufacturing principles, process flow analysis, and root cause problem solving. 3D Detailing: Experience with 3D Detailing software and techniques for creating and manipulating 3D models of manufacturing equipment and components. 2D Detailing: Proficiency in 2D Detailing , including the creation and interpretation of engineering drawings. Engineering Drawings: Ability to read and interpret complex Engineering Drawings to understand manufacturing requirements and constraints. Automotive Manufacturing Processes: A comprehensive understanding of Automotive Manufacturing Processes , including stamping, welding, assembly, and painting. Experience Required: We are seeking candidates with 2 - 6 years of relevant experience in process simulation or a related field. This level of experience indicates a solid foundation in simulation methodologies and the ability to work independently on complex projects. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is expected. What We Offer Salary:
