•full time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CAE Analyst to join our team in Chennai. As a CAE Analyst - I, you will play a critical role in the automotive industry, leveraging your expertise in computer-aided engineering to drive innovation and excellence. With a focus on occupant simulation and restraint systems, you will be responsible for analyzing and simulating various scenarios to ensure the safety and performance of our vehicles. In this role, you will utilize advanced software tools to model, simulate, and analyze complex systems, providing valuable insights that inform design and engineering decisions. Key Responsibilities Perform sled and full vehicle occupant simulations using LSDYNA and other relevant software tools. Develop and validate finite element models for occupant simulation and restraint systems. Conduct ATD positioning and restraints modeling and simulation to analyze vehicle safety performance. Utilize ANSA/HM/Primer, Hyperview/Metapost, and other software tools for pre-processing, post-processing, and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CAE analysis into the design and engineering process. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in LSDYNA, ANSA/HM/Primer, and Hyperview/Metapost. Experience with ATD positioning, restraints modeling and simulation. Knowledge of sled and full vehicle occupant simulation. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in CAE analysis, preferably in the automotive industry.
