Senior modeler should know the various connection types in the vehicle and their modeling technique like spot weld, seam weld, various adhesive, bolts etc.. Candidate should have understanding of the vehicle assembly process i.e. where a 2T vs 3T weld needs to be placed, etc.
Skilled in non-linear FE analysis using Abaqus, with hands-on experience in FE model building and meshing through HyperMesh/ANSA. Proficient in fatigue life prediction using FEMFAT, along with structural and stress analysis, material modeling, and contact definitions.
