Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Performance-HMAT professional to join our team. This role will focus on vehicle performance analysis and improvement, ensuring durability and reliability across our vehicle portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a proven ability to identify and resolve performance-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for a range of tasks related to vehicle performance, including root cause analysis, validation testing, and fleet management. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and other stakeholders to ensure vehicle performance meets established standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Vehicle Performance: Demonstrated expertise in vehicle performance analysis, including understanding of vehicle dynamics, powertrain performance, and overall vehicle behavior.
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis): Proven ability to conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify the underlying causes of vehicle performance issues. This includes utilizing various analytical tools and methodologies to systematically investigate and resolve problems.
• Validation: Experience in designing and executing validation plans to ensure vehicle performance meets specified requirements. This includes developing test procedures, analyzing test data, and documenting validation results.
• Passenger Vehicle: A strong understanding of passenger vehicle systems and their interaction, including experience with various vehicle platforms and configurations.
• Durability: Knowledge of durability testing methodologies and experience in evaluating vehicle durability under various operating conditions.
• Reliability: A solid understanding of reliability principles and experience in applying reliability engineering techniques to improve vehicle reliability.
• RAF (Reliability Analysis Framework): Familiarity with Reliability Analysis Frameworks and their application to vehicle performance assessment.
• Fleet Management: Experience in managing vehicle fleets, including tracking vehicle performance data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions.

Experience Required: 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in vehicle performance analysis or a related field. This level of experience indicates a seasoned professional capable of independently managing complex vehicle performance investigations and contributing to the overall improvement of vehicle reliability and durability.
