•full time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Commercial Real Estate and Financial Applications industry, focusing on Financial Systems. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive efficiency and improvement in our financial operations. With a strong background in ERP/Finance platforms and experience with tools like NetSuite, Jira, and Zendesk, you will be instrumental in shaping our financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial systems and a proven track record of analyzing complex business problems and implementing effective solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and drive change within the organization. The hybrid work mode offers the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations. Develop and implement solutions to enhance financial systems, leveraging expertise in ERP/Finance platforms and tools such as NetSuite. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Utilize Jira for project management and tracking, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes, utilizing platforms like Zendesk for ticketing and issue resolution. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial systems and processes, recommending improvements as necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background in financial systems, with specific expertise in the following areas: NetSuite: Experience with implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite for financial management. Jira: Proficiency in using Jira for project management, issue tracking, and project planning. Zendesk: Ability to utilize Zendesk for customer support and issue resolution. ERP/Finance platforms: Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial platforms, with the ability to analyze and improve financial processes. In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant field such as BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or B.Sc. With 8-12 years of experience in a similar role, you will have developed a deep understanding of financial systems and the skills necessary to drive business improvement.
