•full time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Wiring Harness Engineer to join our team. This is an onsite position requiring a dedicated individual with experience in the design and development of wiring harnesses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of engineering principles and a proven ability to utilize industry-standard software for design and collaboration. Key Responsibilities The Wiring Harness Engineer will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of wiring harness designs, from initial concept to production release. This includes, but is not limited to, creating detailed designs, ensuring manufacturability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any design or production issues. Required Skills & Qualifications AutoCAD : Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for creating detailed 2D and 3D layouts of wiring harnesses. This includes the ability to generate accurate drawings and documentation for manufacturing and assembly. NX : Experience with NX is required for 3D modeling and simulation of wiring harness designs. The candidate should be able to utilize NX to optimize designs for performance and manufacturability. Teamcenter : Familiarity with Teamcenter is necessary for managing and collaborating on design data. This includes the ability to utilize Teamcenter for version control, data management, and change management. Experience: A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in wiring harness design and development is required. This level of experience indicates a seasoned professional capable of independently managing projects and mentoring junior engineers. What We Offer Salary is commensurate with experience.
