•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Release Engineer specializing in tires and wheels to join our team. This role will be based onsite and requires a strong understanding of automotive engineering principles and a proven ability to manage the release process for complex components. Key Responsibilities The Design Release Engineer / Tire & wheel specialist will be responsible for ensuring the successful release of tire and wheel designs, adhering to quality standards and project timelines. This includes meticulous review of design documentation, validation of engineering processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that arise during the release cycle. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering is required. Engineering Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Ride Comfort analysis, wheels , and tyre design and performance. Modeling Software: Proficient in utilizing Ug/Nx , Catia V5 for 3D modeling and design. PLM Systems: Strong experience with Plm systems, specifically Team Center for data management and collaboration. Design for Manufacturing & Reliability: Comprehensive knowledge of Dfmea (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Dvp&R (Design Verification and Validation) methodologies. Quality Assurance: Familiarity with Control Plan development and implementation to ensure product quality. Problem Solving: Adept at conducting Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve design and manufacturing issues. Experience: A minimum of 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in a design release or automotive engineering role is expected. This level of experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful release of high-quality products.
