Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) professional to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and a proven ability to apply analytical techniques to assess and mitigate dimensional variation risks. The position is onsite . Key Responsibilities The Dimensional Variation Analysis (DVA) professional will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of product designs to identify potential sources of dimensional variation and their impact on product performance. This includes performing Tolerance Stackup Analysis and utilizing Vismockup to visualize and assess variation effects. The role will also involve collaborating with design and engineering teams to implement design modifications that minimize variation and ensure product quality. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering / Bachelor of Technology : A foundational degree in engineering is required, demonstrating a strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies. Tolerance Stackup Analysis : Demonstrated proficiency in performing Tolerance Stackup Analysis to evaluate the cumulative effect of tolerances on product dimensions and identify potential assembly issues. Vismockup : Experience using Vismockup to create visual representations of dimensional variation and its impact on product performance, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. GD&T : A thorough understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles and their application in product design and manufacturing. Teamcenter : Familiarity with Teamcenter for managing product data and collaborating with cross-functional teams. UG NX : Proficiency in using UG NX for 3D modeling, analysis, and design modification. Experience : 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in dimensional variation analysis, demonstrating a solid foundation in engineering principles and practical application of analytical techniques.
