This role will be responsible for ensuring our products meet global regulatory requirements and upholding our commitment to product stewardship. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role will include ensuring adherence to various environmental and product safety regulations, managing compliance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product compliance. Required Skills & Qualifications Compliance Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with global product compliance regulations, including REACH , RoHS , Prop65 , TSCA , POP , ODS , PFAS , EU Taxonomy , CBAM , PPWR , and CSRD . Product Stewardship: A strong understanding of product stewardship principles and practices, with a focus on minimizing environmental impact and ensuring product safety throughout the product lifecycle. Data Management: Proficiency in utilizing IMDS and CAMDS for managing product material composition data. Engineering Tools: Experience with CdX and Enovia for managing product lifecycle information. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions related to product compliance. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and resolve product compliance issues effectively and efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI , Python , and Advance Excel for data analysis and reporting. Automation: Experience with automation tools and techniques to streamline compliance processes. Scope 3 Reporting: Knowledge of Scope 3 Reporting and related methodologies. Corp Sust: Understanding of Corporate Sustainability principles and practices. Time Management: Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make sound judgments and decisions related to product compliance. Experience Required: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in product compliance or a related field. Key Responsibilities The Cyber Security Software Engineer will be responsible for the following: Designing and implementing secure software solutions for Automotive Embedded Systems . Conducting Threat Analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks. Developing Secure Architecture Designs that incorporate industry best practices. Performing Platform-level Debugging to identify and resolve security-related issues. Implementing Secure Boot mechanisms to ensure the integrity of the system. Developing and implementing Secure Time Validation and Time Tampering Detection mechanisms. Integrating and utilizing Cryptographic Services to protect sensitive data. Working with Trusted Execution Environments to isolate and protect critical code. Developing and maintaining Security Middleware and Security Services .
