Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DCL_Design Integrity professional to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity and quality of our designs within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a proven ability to solve complex problems related to design and engineering. Key Responsibilities The DCL_Design Integrity role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the design integrity of our products. This includes identifying potential design flaws, implementing preventative measures, and ensuring adherence to established design standards and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions to support design decisions. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve design-related problems effectively and efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and anticipate potential design challenges, proactively developing solutions to mitigate risks. TCE: Proficiency in TCE methodologies and their application to design integrity. PLM: Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and their role in managing design data and workflows. Automotive Systems: A strong understanding of Automotive Systems and their interdependencies. Subsystem Packaging: Expertise in Subsystem Packaging principles and best practices. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in design integrity or a related field is required.
