•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead-Project Management professional to join our team in the Automotive industry. This role will focus on leading and guiding project teams through the complexities of vehicle development, ensuring successful project delivery and continuous improvement of our processes. Key Responsibilities The Technical Lead-Project Management will be responsible for overseeing and directing project activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering high-quality results. This includes proactively identifying and resolving issues, fostering collaboration among team members, and effectively communicating project status to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Strategy Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with overall business objectives, considering market trends and competitive landscape. Issue Resolution: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues that arise during project execution, utilizing problem-solving techniques and critical thinking. Vehicle Development Workflow: Deep understanding of the entire vehicle development lifecycle, from concept to production, and the ability to navigate its intricacies effectively. Project/Program Management Techniques: Proficiency in utilizing various * Project/Program Management Techniques *, including but not limited to Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, to manage project scope, schedule, and budget. Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Conflict Management: Skillful in mediating and resolving conflicts among team members or stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex information to diverse audiences. Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging and informative presentations to stakeholders at all levels. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve common goals. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
