•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team in the Automotive industry. This is an onsite position requiring a strong technical background and proven leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of vehicle development workflows and a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding technical teams, resolving critical issues, and ensuring the successful execution of vehicle development projects. This role requires proactive identification of potential roadblocks and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks. Required Skills & Qualifications Strategy Planning: Ability to develop and implement technical strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Issue Resolution: Proven ability to diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues effectively and efficiently. Vehicle Development Workflow: Comprehensive understanding of the entire vehicle development lifecycle, from concept to production. Project/Program Management: Experience in managing projects and programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Conflict Management: Skill in mediating and resolving conflicts within technical teams and across stakeholders. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver compelling and informative presentations to various audiences. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing and building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including engineering teams, management, and external partners. Forecasting: Ability to accurately forecast technical requirements and timelines. Anticipate Issues: Proactive identification and mitigation of potential technical risks and challenges. SOP: Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures and ability to ensure adherence to established processes. Education: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering. Experience: 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in a technical leadership role within the automotive industry.
