Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in ABAP development and a comprehensive understanding of the SAP ecosystem. Proficiency in the following areas is essential: ABAP : Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming , including proficiency in ABAP new syntax and ABAP Objects . CDS : Solid understanding and practical experience with Core Data Services , including AMDP (Advanced Model Data Processing). API : Ability to design, develop, and consume APIs , including experience with ABAP Restful Programming Model . SAP BTP : Familiarity with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and its capabilities. CAP : Experience with CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) is highly desirable. BAPI & BADI : Knowledge of BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface) and BADI (Business Add-Ins) for extending SAP functionality. IDOC : Understanding of IDOC (Intermediate Document) processing and integration. User Exits : Experience with User Exits for customizing SAP behavior. Web Services & RFCs : Proficiency in developing and consuming Web Services and RFCs (Remote Function Calls). SAP Security Concepts : Strong understanding of SAP security concepts , including authorization checks and user access management. Version Control : Experience using GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Database Proficiency : Solid HANA SQL Programming skills, including experience with SAP Core Data Services . Frontend Development : Familiarity with SAP Fiori , SAPUI5 , and OData services , including experience with Fiori Elements . Performance Tuning : Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through performance tuning techniques. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience Required: 10 years of experience in SAP development is expected, demonstrating a high level of seniority and expertise in the SAP landscape.
