Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer (3) - Core Engineer 3 to join our growing team in Chennai. This role will be based onsite and offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology projects within the Technology industry. Key Responsibilities The Core Engineer 3 will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of robust and scalable software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality code. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: A B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A., or equivalent technical degree is required. Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in software engineering is expected. This level of experience indicates a proven ability to independently design, develop, and debug complex software systems, as well as mentor junior engineers. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java , Node.js , and TypeScript is essential. Frameworks & Libraries: Strong experience with Spring Boot , React , and a solid understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL . Databases: Demonstrated ability to work with PostgreSQL . Cloud Technologies: Experience with GCP is required. Version Control: Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Microservices Architecture: A strong understanding of Microservices architecture and its implementation. API Integration: Experience with SOAP . Testing & Quality Assurance: Proficient in TDD (Test-Driven Development) and experienced with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Selenium . Security Practices: Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and experience with security tools like SonarQube and Checkmarx . AI & Machine Learning: Familiarity with AI concepts and experience with tools like Claude . Prompt Engineering & RAG: Understanding of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. Web Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript . UI/UX: Experience with Responsive UI Design . CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation. Additional Tools: Familiarity with 42Crunch . Other: Understanding of Dynatrace .
