•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Compliance & Stewardship Sr. to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring our products meet global regulatory requirements and upholding our commitment to product stewardship. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes within the technology industry. Key Responsibilities This role will focus on ensuring adherence to product compliance standards and driving product stewardship initiatives. The responsibilities will include managing compliance records, conducting substance screenings, and performing threshold analyses to ensure our products meet all applicable regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw informed conclusions to support compliance decisions. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve compliance-related issues effectively and efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex regulatory information to stakeholders at all levels. Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory frameworks including IMDS , CAMDS , REACH , RoHS , Prop65 , TSCA , POP , ODS , PFAS , EU Taxonomy , CBAM , PPWR , CSRD , and Scope 3 Reporting . Compliance Platforms: Proficiency in utilizing Compliance Platforms to manage compliance data and reporting. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Experience with PLM systems, specifically Enovia and CdX , for managing material information and compliance documentation. Material Management: Strong understanding of Material Declarations and Substance Screening processes. Data Analysis: Ability to perform Threshold Analysis and maintain accurate Compliance Records . Product Stewardship & Compliance: Deep understanding of Product Stewardship principles and Product Compliance Standards . Data & Automation Skills: Experience with AI , Python , and Automation tools to streamline compliance processes. Data Management: Advanced proficiency in Advance Excel for data analysis and reporting. Sustainability Reporting: Familiarity with Corp Sust reporting requirements. Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in product compliance or a related field.
