•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Stewardship professional to join our team in Pune. This role will be responsible for ensuring our products comply with global regulatory requirements and promoting sustainable practices throughout our product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities The Product Stewardship role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including: Managing and interpreting complex regulatory requirements related to product compliance. Conducting thorough Substance Screening and Threshold Analysis to identify potential compliance risks. Developing and executing Supplier Campaigns and Supplier Connects to gather necessary data and ensure supplier compliance. Performing Portfolio Analysis to assess the compliance status of our product portfolio. Staying abreast of evolving Product Compliance Standards and emerging regulations. Contributing to Scope 3 Reporting efforts. Supporting Corp Sust initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications: Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve product compliance issues effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of IMDS , CAMDS , REACH , RoHS , Prop65 , TSCA , POP , ODS , and PFAS regulations. Experience with PLM systems. Proficiency in using Compliance Tools . Familiarity with EU Taxonomy , CBAM , PPWR , and CSRD . Working knowledge of AI and Python . Advanced skills in Advance Excel and Automation . Product Stewardship and Product Compliance expertise. Compliance Management experience. Understanding of Material Declarations . Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience Required: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in product stewardship or a related field. This level of experience indicates a seasoned professional capable of independently managing complex compliance projects and providing guidance to others. What We Offer Salary:
