•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for advancing our engineering capabilities within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background and a proven ability to solve complex problems related to vehicle dynamics and performance. Key Responsibilities The Senior Engineer will be responsible for a range of tasks including vehicle testing, measurement, and dynamic analysis. They will also be expected to contribute to project management and ensure the successful completion of engineering projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions to support engineering decisions. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering problems effectively and efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Adams/View: Proficiency in using Adams/View for multi-body dynamics simulation and analysis. Adams/Car: Experience with Adams/Car for vehicle dynamics simulation and analysis. Insight: Familiarity with Insight for performing dynamic simulations. Motion View: Experience with Motion View for visualizing and analyzing motion data. Hypergraph: Ability to utilize Hypergraph for data analysis and visualization. NASTRAN: Experience with NASTRAN for finite element analysis. MATLAB: Proficiency in using MATLAB for numerical computation and simulation. Simulink: Experience with Simulink for dynamic system modeling and simulation. Adams Command Language: Ability to use the Adams Command Language for scripting and automation. Python: Programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation. MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel , PowerPoint , and Word . Linux: Working knowledge of Linux operating system. Vehicle Testing: Experience in planning and executing Vehicle Testing procedures. Measurement: Ability to perform and interpret Measurement data. DOE: Understanding of DOE (Design of Experiments) principles and application. Dynamic Analysis: Strong understanding of Dynamic Analysis principles. Vibration Fatigue: Knowledge of Vibration Fatigue analysis and mitigation techniques. Project Management: Ability to manage Project Management tasks effectively. Qualifications: A degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or Design Engineering is required. Acceptable degrees include PhD , M.E/M.Tech , or B.E/B.Tech .
