Drive and support functional safety activities throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262. 2.Develop and maintain functional safety management plans and processes for automotive E/E systems. 3.Lead Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments (HARA) to identify safety goals and ASILs. 4.Define and develop Functional Safety Concepts (FSC) and Technical Safety Concepts (TSC). 5.Derive and allocate functional and technical safety requirements to system and software architectures. 6.Perform safety analyses such as FMEA, FTA, and FMEDA at various levels of abstraction. 7.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (system, hardware, software, test) to implement and verify safety mechanisms. 8.Support safety verification and validation activities to ensure the achievement of safety goals and the sufficiency of risk-reducing measures. 9.Contribute to safety cases and safety assessments to demonstrate functional safety compliance. Must have: Good communication skills Good problem-solving ability Proven experience working with ISO26262 Part 2, 3 & 4 development. Minimum 4 years’ experience working with the ISO 26262 product development lifecycle with focus on Parts 4, 5 & 6 development. Proven experience in performing HARA. Proven experience in deriving safety requirements Experience with modelling tools like Medini. Proven experience with developing ISO 26262 workproducts. Proven experience related to Automotive Embedded Software development. Proven experience in performing safety-oriented analysis such as software FTA, DFMEA and DFA. Experience in general automotive ECUs, components, features, and operations to work with safety critical systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with various testing tools and systems. Key Responsibilities The EBOX HIL Test Engineer will be responsible for testing and validating EBOX functionality, as well as working with various tools and systems such as MicroNova HIL systems , ECUTEST , and Vector toolchains including CANoe and CANape . The engineer will also be involved in Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) validation and UDS diagnostics . Required Skills & Qualifications The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Mechatronics , Power Electronics , or a related field.
