Design Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in NX and CATIA is essential. This includes the ability to utilize these tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and design modifications. Foundational Engineering Knowledge: A solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including materials science, mechanics of materials, and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present technical information.
