•full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAFe Release Training Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering and supporting training related to the SAFe framework, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and a proven ability to facilitate and communicate complex concepts effectively. Key Responsibilities While specific responsibilities are not provided, this role will focus on delivering and supporting training related to the SAFe framework. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is required. Agile Methodologies: Demonstrated proficiency in Agile principles and practices, with a strong understanding of their application in software development. Scrum Framework: Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Kanban Principles: Familiarity with Kanban principles and their application in visualizing workflow, limiting work in progress, and managing flow. SAFe Framework: Extensive experience with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), including its various levels, roles, and events. Program Management: Ability to apply Program Management principles to effectively manage and coordinate training initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively manage Stakeholder expectations and communicate progress clearly. Executive Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to Executive audiences. Facilitation Skills: Strong Facilitation skills, with the ability to lead engaging and productive training sessions. Conflict Resolution: Ability to effectively mediate and resolve Conflict situations that may arise during training or implementation. Data Analysis: Ability to leverage Data Analysis techniques to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement: A commitment to Continuous Improvement and a passion for finding ways to optimize processes and outcomes. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Azure DevOps , Jira , and Power BI for managing training materials, tracking progress, and analyzing data. Embedded Systems: Familiarity with Embedded Systems concepts. Linux: Working knowledge of Linux operating systems. RTOS: Understanding of RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems). IoT Platform Development: Exposure to IoT Platform Development principles. Experience: 8 - 8 years of relevant experience are required.
