Senior Engineer – PLM / MBOM

•full time Experience: 8+ Years relevant PLM / Engineering Change / MBOM experience Education: Engineering degree Location: Remote / India Key Responsibilities Manage Engineering Change Management activities including ECR, ECN, ECO and MCN. Create, update and validate EBOM/MBOM structures in Siemens Teamcenter. Implement engineering changes into manufacturing structures and ensure data accuracy. Manage Teamcenter–SAP integration and resolve transfer/data issues. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, BOP, Logistics and SAP teams. Support PLM product lifecycle, configuration and master data management . Track engineering/manufacturing changes and prepare status reports. Identify process gaps and support PLM workflow improvement and automation . Mandatory Skills Siemens Teamcenter – AWC / Easy Plan / RAC EBOM / MBOM / BOP Engineering Change Management – ECR / ECN / ECO / MCN SAP PLM / SAP S4HANA Good understanding of manufacturing and product structures Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills Preferred Automotive industry experience Siemens NX Power BI / Advanced Excel Power Automate / Power Apps PLM process automation
