This includes participating in Code Reviews , adhering to established Coding Standards , and supporting Release Activities . Required Skills & Qualifications Mainframe Systems : Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and working within Mainframe environments. Mainframe DB : Experience with Mainframe database concepts and management. DB2 : Solid understanding of DB2 database administration and query optimization. COBOL : Strong COBOL programming skills, including the ability to write, debug, and maintain COBOL code. JCL : Proficiency in writing and executing JCL (Job Control Language) for batch processing. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. Problem-Solving Skills : Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. The role also involves contributing to the development of Security Services and ensuring adherence to Automotive Standards . Specific skills and qualifications include: Programming Languages: Proficiency in C and C++ is essential for developing and maintaining secure software components.
