Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Motor HIL Test Engineer to join our team in Chennai , in the IT / Technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor control theory and experience with various HIL platforms and real-time simulators. Key Responsibilities The Motor HIL Test Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing test sequences for motor control systems using various tools and technologies, including ECUTEST , Typhoon HIL , NI Veristand , Opal-RT , and RT-LAB . The engineer will also be working with CAN/CAN-FD protocols and utilizing tools such as CANalyzer and CANoe . Required Skills & Qualifications The successful candidate will have 5 - 10 years of experience in a related field and possess a strong foundation in Motor Control Theory . Key skills and qualifications include: ECUTEST : experience with this test and calibration tool Typhoon HIL : familiarity with this HIL platform NI Veristand : knowledge of this software for real-time testing Opal-RT and RT-LAB : experience with these real-time simulators CAN/CAN-FD : understanding of these communication protocols CANalyzer and CANoe : experience with these tools for CAN bus analysis and simulation Python : programming skills in Python Automated Test Sequence Generation : ability to generate automated test sequences Communication Protocols : knowledge of various communication protocols HIL Platforms and Real-Time Simulators : experience with these platforms and simulators Automation Tools : familiarity with various automation tools Analytical Skills : strong analytical and problem-solving skills Problem-Solving Skills : ability to analyze and solve complex problems Communication Skills : excellent communication and teamwork skills What We Offer We offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Motor HIL Test Engineer to join our team. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled professional for the position of HIL Testing in the IT / Technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronics engineering and experience in Hardware-in-Loop testing. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role will include working with Hardware-in-Loop(HIL) Testing , Dspace Tool Chain , Controldesk , and Automation desk to develop and validate tools. The candidate will also be working with CAN communication protocol , CAN Interface tools , CANoe , and CANalyser to ensure effective communication and testing. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for UI creation , Tool development , and Tool validation using Python and VBA scripting . Required Skills & Qualifications The candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech/M.S degree in Electrical / Electronics. The required experience for this role is 3 - 6 years.
