•full time Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integration Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of various systems and data flows within our IT environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. This is a hybrid role requiring a balance of remote and in-office work. Key Responsibilities The Integration Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions. This includes mapping data sources, identifying and resolving integration issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications APIs : Demonstrated proficiency in working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to facilitate data exchange between systems. REST : Solid understanding of Representational State Transfer (REST) architectural style for building and consuming APIs. SOAP : Experience with Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) for web services integration. JSON : Ability to work with JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) data format for data exchange. XML : Familiarity with Extensible Markup Language (XML) for data representation and integration. ESB : Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts and experience with ESB platforms. Middleware : Understanding of middleware technologies and their role in integration processes. SQL : Strong proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) for data retrieval and manipulation. MuleSoft : Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for integration development and deployment. SAP CPI : Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) for cloud-based integration scenarios. Dell Boomi : Experience with Dell Boomi for integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions. Process Mapping : Ability to create and maintain process maps to visually represent integration workflows. Source-to-target data mapping : Skill in defining and implementing accurate source-to-target data mappings for seamless data integration. Root-cause troubleshooting : Proven ability to identify and resolve the root cause of complex integration issues. Agile : Experience working within an Agile development framework. Scrum : Familiarity with Scrum methodologies for iterative development and project management. Jira : Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking and project management. Azure DevOps : Experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to analyze complex data and integration scenarios. Problem-Solving Skills : Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration challenges. Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey technical information. Any Degree : A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required. Experience Required: 8 - 15 years of relevant experience. This level of experience indicates a senior-level role requiring a high degree of autonomy and expertise in integration technologies.
