Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate to join our team in Chennai. This is a hybrid role within the IT / Technology industry.

This role will focus on the successful delivery of technical programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to established governance and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and close projects, utilizing established methodologies and best practices. This includes defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, and managing project resources effectively.
• Info Sys Admin: Experience in administering and maintaining information systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Network Architecture: Understanding of network architecture principles and the ability to design and implement robust and scalable network solutions.
• Infrastructure Architectures: Knowledge of various infrastructure architectures and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
• Program Manage: Ability to manage complex programs consisting of multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering desired outcomes.
• Project Documentation: Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Windows Servers: Experience with Windows Servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• LAN/WAN: Understanding of Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) concepts and technologies.
• Network - Convergence Technology: Familiarity with Network convergence technologies and their application in modern network environments.
• Video/Voice: Knowledge of Video and Voice communication systems and their integration into network infrastructure.
• Cyber Security: Awareness of Cyber Security principles and best practices, and the ability to implement security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Demand and Value Management: Ability to analyze and manage demand effectively, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic priorities.
• Program Governance: Understanding of program governance principles and the ability to establish and enforce governance frameworks.
• Reporting: Ability to generate clear and concise reports to communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Integration Management: Experience in managing the integration of various systems and components, ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Stakeholder Relationship: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Financial Planning: Understanding of financial planning principles and the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Issue Resolution: Ability to resolve project issues promptly and effectively, minimizing impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using Project Management Tools for planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
• Demand Management Tools: Experience using Demand Management Tools to forecast and manage demand effectively.

Experience Required: 4 - 4 years of experience. This level of experience indicates a senior associate role, requiring a proven track record of successfully managing technical programs and projects. Expectation is for a self-sufficient individual capable of working with minimal supervision and mentoring junior team members.
