Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate to join our IT / Technology team. This role will focus on managing and coordinating technical programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical understanding, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closure of technical programs and projects. This includes managing timelines, resources, and risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, utilizing established methodologies and best practices.
• Info Sys Admin: Understanding of information systems administration principles and practices.
• Network Architecture: Knowledge of network architecture principles and design.
• Infrastructure Architectures: Familiarity with various infrastructure architectures and their implementation.
• Program Manage PM's & Projects: Experience in managing programs comprised of multiple projects and project managers.
• Project Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Windows Servers: Working knowledge of Windows Servers and their administration.
• LAN/WAN: Understanding of Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
• Network - Convergence Technology (Video/Voice): Familiarity with network convergence technologies, including video and voice communication systems.
• Cyber Security: Basic understanding of Cyber Security principles and best practices.
• Agile: Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Waterfall: Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to identify and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience: 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in a technical program or project management role. This level of experience indicates a seasoned professional capable of independently managing projects and providing guidance to others.
