Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of technical programs and projects within the IT / Technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Program & Project Management Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various technical programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This includes facilitating effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues, and driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in technical program or project management is expected. This level of experience indicates a proficiency in managing projects with moderate complexity and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Release Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate software releases, ensuring smooth and efficient deployments.
• Jira: Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking, issue management, and workflow automation.
• Agile Software Development: Strong understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and experience applying them in a practical setting.
• SAP: Working knowledge of SAP and its modules, including S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM.
• Project Management: Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Change Management: Experience in implementing and managing change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing user adoption.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging and informative presentations to various audiences.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
