Software Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Technical Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. This role will focus on technical implementation, configuration, and support of our WorkForce Software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Software Technical Consultant will be responsible for a range of tasks including technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. This includes designing and executing integration strategies, ensuring data integrity, and providing ongoing support for our WorkForce Software and related systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• WorkForce Software and WFS proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with WorkForce Software, including a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
• SAP SuccessFactors integration: Experience integrating WorkForce Software with SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Integration Expertise: A solid understanding of integration principles, including Data Mapping, System Connectivity, and the use of APIs.
• Interface Technologies: Proficiency in working with various interface technologies, such as File-Based Interfaces, XML/JSON, and SFTP.
• Middleware Proficiency: Experience with Middleware Platforms to facilitate data exchange between systems.
• Data Management Skills: Ability to perform Reporting, Extracts, and utilize Data Validation Tools to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Integration Lifecycle: Experience with the full integration lifecycle, including Integration Design, Integration Mapping, and Data Transformation.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Strong skills in Interface Testing, Defect Resolution, and Troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of integrated systems.
• Technical Implementation and Configuration: Ability to perform Technical Implementation and Technical Configuration of WorkForce Software and related systems.
• Development and Testing: Experience with Development and Testing processes, including Production Deployment.
• Data Expertise: A strong understanding of Employee Data, Organizational Data, Time and Attendance, Absence, Payroll, and Workforce Data.
• Design and Documentation: Ability to create Integration Design Specifications, Mapping Documents, and Configuration Notes.
• Testing Methodologies: Experience with various testing methodologies, including System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Parallel Testing, and Deployment Testing.
• Problem Solving: Strong Root-Cause Analysis skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Solution Delivery: Ability to contribute to successful Solution Delivery.
• Documentation: Ability to create Test Scripts, Defect Logs, and Cutover Inputs.
• Support: Ability to provide Deployment Support Materials.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to create Technical Documentation.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent relevant experience is required.

Experience Required: 7 - 7 years of relevant experience are expected, demonstrating a senior level of expertise in technical consulting and integration.
