Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience: 6 - 6 years of experience in software engineering are expected. This level of experience indicates a seasoned professional capable of working independently and contributing significantly to complex projects.
• Core Engineering Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Software Engineering principles, with a focus on building robust and scalable applications.
• Backend Development: Expertise in Spring Boot for building and deploying efficient and scalable backend systems.
• Front End Development: Familiarity with Front End technologies for creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Cloud Technologies: Experience with Cloud platforms, specifically GCP, for deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Large Language Models (LLM): Understanding of LLM concepts and their application in software development.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies, including the ability to work effectively in an iterative and collaborative environment.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Software Craftsmanship: A commitment to Clean Code principles and Software Craftsmanship, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and readability.
• Lean Methodologies: Knowledge of Lean Methodologies to optimize development processes and eliminate waste.
• Collaborative Programming Techniques: Experience with various collaborative programming techniques, including Paired Programming, Mob Programming, and Ensemble Programming, to foster knowledge sharing and improve code quality.
